If you would like to reserve a room, please navigate to your chosen hotel on the site, and click on the green 'book this hotel' button at the top of each page. This will start the Booking Agent which will prompt you with a short series of questions about you and your reservation. In order for us to process your reservation request we will need your credit card details. The Booking Agent allows you to enter these on-line using our secure server or, if you prefer not to send this information over the Internet, you can print out your reservation details, add your credit card information, and fax it to us on the numbers given below. Alternatively if you prefer, you can provide your card details over the telephone by entering your telephone number and clicking the 'call me' button. One of our agents will be happy to call you back.
To inquire about an existing reservation, please email our Reservations Center (we will reply within 48 hours). To help speed things up, please include your 9-digit reservation reference number (supplied by the Booking Agent)on the Subject line of your email.
Please tell us as soon as possible about any reservation changes or cancellations so we can minimize any charges.
All changes or cancellations must be confirmed via email or fax. Please include your 9-digit reservation reference number
(supplied by the Booking Agent) in the subject line of the email or fax.
Should you decide to cancel, both we and the hotels may charge you a cancellation fee (depending on how much notice you
give us). For more details, please refer to the hotel's Cancellation Policy (as shown on the Hotel's Information page - get
there by clicking on the blue 'Rates and Facilities' button on the hotel's main Entrance page).
