If you would like to reserve a room, please navigate to your chosen hotel on the site, and click on the red 'book it' button in the grey header bar at the top of each page. This will start the Booking Agent which will prompt you with a short series of questions about you and your reservation.
In order for us to process your reservation request we will need your credit card details. The Booking Agent allows you to enter these on-line using our secure server - just complete the details in the yellow 'Enter Online' section and click the 'send details' button. We consider the security and privacy of your transaction a top priority - click for more details about our Security Policy and Privacy Promise.
As soon as we receive your request, we will process your reservation with your chosen hotel. Once confirmed, we'll email you details of your room, together with your confirmation number. You should take this email with you to the hotel as proof of booking. If we need any more information from you to make the reservation, we will contact you via email.
Most reservation requests are processed within 48 hours. If there is any delay we will email you within 48 hours to advise you of progress. If your requested room is unavailable for any reason, we'll try to suggest a suitable alternative. Any variations from your original request will be clearly indicated in our reply, and are of course subject to your final approval.
If you would prefer not to send this information over the Internet, you can still use the Booking Agent. Just follow the instructions to tell us about you and your reservation.
When you get to the 'credit card details' screen you are given three options. Option one allows you to enter your details on line. Option two enables you to print a fax using your browser. Just complete the form by filling in your credit card details, sign it and fax it through to us on the numbers given on the form. Option three enables you to provide your details over the telephone; simply enter your telephone number and we will call you back within 10 minutes of receiving your request.
