| I appreciate your note and was going to contact you. We mostly enjoyed the stay. The one thing that was rather unpleasant was that the sheets they used on our beds were stained (as was the bed netting) and they didn't seem to be well cleaned. At least the stains were not. It was truly uncomfortable to have that and it is not something I would expect of such a place. Also we tried to order the breakfast from the menu one morning (outside of the comp breakfast) and they were out of all of the items on the menu. One other thing - the septic system is such that you can smell it quite frequently so hopefully that is something they can improve The staff was wonderful M. Zessos, BROOKLYN,

| I wanted to let you know that we loved Al Cielo! It was perfect. I hope they never change a thing there. Regarding our scheduled transfer from Cancun Airport to Antillo Cancun; I called the taxi driver from Mexico City to let them know that our flight had been canceled and we would be arriving about an hour later than scheduled. I spoke w/ a woman who said no problem- however when we arrived in Cancun no one was there w/ our name on a sign as you had told me there would be) so we were on our own to find ourselves a taxi. It all worked out fine, but I felt bad that the taxi drive called us the next morning at the Antillo hotel to apologize and wanted to drive us to Al Cielo but we had already reserved someone else. K. | What can I say-- it far exceeded our expectations--the setting and the staff just can't be beat. I have already recommended it to 4 different people. Often you worry that pictures on a web-site are "glammed up"--but not this time... AWESOME! restful, beautiful, convenient...intimate, unique... Name and address withheld
