| We had a fantastic time and the hotel was great so thanks for all your efforts. I do have 1 query though: We first stayed at Ambiance Villas originally quoted at 108 USD INCLUDING taxes, however they did add taxes on top and showed us their booking reference which clearly states the rate as 108 USD EXCLUDING taxes. I have a copy of this. The difference amounts to perhaps 25 USD for the 2 nights, maybe more I don't have a precise break down of items. So it's not much, but I was a bit surprised and spent about 20 minutes speaking to the reception staff about it and in the end couldn't argue with their documentation. Apart from that small thing we both had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend your agency as a source to find accommodation in that region. S. Pepper, Bermuda
