Steeped in history, the ten guest rooms at El Angel Azul have been refurbished to provide quaint and comfortable lodgings for visitors. All rooms are air-conditioned, though the thick stone walls provide good insulation from the summer heat.

Each room has a small but pretty bathroom with step-in shower and colorful tiles. Ceilings are often very high, especially in the historical rooms, and there are some lovely quirky touches such as hand-drawn paintings of cherubs on the walls.

The standard rooms have two twin beds and are very appealing, although they don't have all the character of the Historic rooms. The latter generally have one queen and one single bed. One of the historic rooms can connect with a standard room to create a Mini-Suite that can accommodate up to 5 people.

The suite is located on the second floor and features a queen size bed, TV and VCR, mini-refrigerator and large private terrace.
