Blue Restaurant and Terrace is the resort's main restaurant. There's an indoor air-conditioned section and also an outdoor terrace with seating under a large palapa facing the ocean.

In the evenings we like sitting out on the terrace that's lit by hundreds of candles. It's a cool and relaxing place to enjoy dinner with the sounds of the ocean in the background.

Blue opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast guests can choose from an international breakfast menu or traditional Mexican menu with tropical fresh fruits and tantalizing egg dishes.

Lunch includes fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches and various chef's specialties which keeps the menu varied and exciting.

The dinner menu is very extensive and includes an international themed changing menu inspired by cuisine from around the world including Italy, France and Thailand. Fresh seafood and steaks are also available.

People requiring low-fat diets and those with special dietary requirements can be accommodated.
