Credit Cards Accepted at the Hotel

We can accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards online to guarantee a
booking here, but you will not
be able to use the card to settle your account at the hotel.
General
- Maximum of one child sharing a tent with parents. Families with two or more children will require additional tents.
- No pets (except guide dogs) accepted
Children
- Children 7 to 12 yrs accepted
Deposit
- A deposit of 30% is due on booking. Any remaining balance on your account must be paid for at the hotel.
- Deposits should be sent by wire transfer. Payment at the hotel is cash only (US dollars or Mexican pesos).
Cancellations, No-Shows and Early Departures
