| Brisas del Mar was an excellent budget alternative: Rooms were comfy for sleeping and sitting; great view; great location (right on beach, easy walk into centro); exemplary service (except at the over-priced restaurant where it was quite haphazard). I call it budget because the construction was low-cost (concrete instead of tile, sloppy detail work) so it doesn't have the physical beauty of other Zihua mid-priced alternatives (e.g., La QuintaTroppo), but all in all, I thought it was a great deal.

| We were extremely happy with everything and highly recommend it. There was not anything that we would change. I am not certain if your site explains the many stairs, however that may be an important piece for an older/ disabled person to know about. They were not a problem for us. In fact they were good for us! :) The food was amazing and the service was perfect! I loved the bilingual parrot that alternated between "Hola" and "Hello". :) Great choice. . . . . great vacation! We rarely go back to the same place, however this may be an exception. Thanks so much for the recommendation!

| My friend and I stayed at Brisas Del Mar for five days and were 100% impressed with the place. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings. We loved that although the hotel was apparently full, we rarely came into contact with other guests and were often times the only guests on the beach. The rooms were spectacular, and just what we expected for a Mexican beach hotel. we loved the location and the close proximity it was to every place we stayed. The employees who worked at the hotel were extremely friendly and a pleaasure to talk to. We especially found those behind the front desk to be pleasantly nice. While checking out, we came across some incorrect charges and the woman was happy to make the correct changes. Unfortunately, other than the chips and guacamole and salsa and the drinks, the food was average at best. We wished there was more mexican fare on the menu. Also, another negative was that the hotel did not have a water purification system. Although we did not drink the water at the hotel nor in our room, we both came down with terrible cases of Moctezuma's Revenge upon arriving home. N. Silver, United States
