| Both locations were perfect. We especially enjoyed cabanas la conchita. The value was absolutely tremendous there. I definitely plan to stay there again. If I could make a suggestion: it would be nice if the properties did not work on strict cash only basis. Its very inconvenient.. Maybe a CC prepay booking option through you? I only wish you guys had more properties throughout the world, especially Costa Rica. thanks again also for the customer service overting the minimum stay requirement at Al Cielo. A. | My wife and I had a wonderful time. The Cabanas are very comfortable, and the staff was superb. We both really enjoyed the complementary breakfast. It is so nice to wander down after you wake for a cup of coffee, fresh fruit, and huevos rancheros. We met Jorge and his wife and they were both very helpful. My only concern is that Tulum will turn into another Playa del Carmen. We were in Tulum and Playa 13 years ago, and visited Playa one evening this trip. In my opinion Playa is ruined. If someone doesn't slow down the development there won't be any place left for those of us that like small out-of-the-way places to vacation. You were very helpful and your suggestion on the best cabana for us was perfect. If Tulum doesn't go "Cancun" on us we will be back in a year! G. Bow, United States

| Our stay at Cabanas La Conchita was wonderful, it could not have been more pleasurable. Everything was beyond our expectations - the accomodations were so comfortable, and we had four pillows on our terrific bed!!!!!!! The breakfast menu was so yummy and and the portions so generous....I had trouble trying anything else but the french toast!!!!! It is heavenly. My large size hubby never left hungry. None of the above or the gorgeous beach would have been nearly so wonderful if it weren't for the best staff we have ever incountered in our five years of staying in Mexico. I guess you can tell where we will be staying next year - except for longer!!!!! Thanks for representing such a great place.
