Credit Cards Accepted at the Hotel

We can accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards online to guarantee a
booking here, but you will not
be able to use the card to settle your account at the hotel.
General
- Earliest check in time is 1:00pm. If rooms are available, the hotel will gladly register you earlier.
- Latest check out time is 12:00 noon.
- This is a family friendly hotel and the property is NOT clothing optional.
- If the hotel has to close due to hurricanes, no cancellation charges will apply for confirmed reservations and any deposits will be refunded.
- During the months of August, September and October there is a small chance of hurricanes affecting this area. If this happens the hotel will close to protect guests and safeguard the property.
- Specific cabanas cannot be guaranteed for a stay of 3 nights or less.
Rates
- This hotel's rates are fixed in US Dollars, but credit cards will be charged in Mexican Pesos using a fixed conversion rate. The current exchange rate used by the hotel is 10 pesos = 1 USD, but this is subject to change.
Children
- Children 6 to 12 yrs accepted
Deposit
- (Groups) Once a group is confirmed, a charge of one night per room will apply for any subsequent reduction in the number of nights or the number of rooms.
- No deposit is required, except for Christmas and New Year when a non-refundable deposit of $100 USD is required on confirmation with the balance (also non-refundable) charged on or around Dec 1.
- Any deposits required will be charged to the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation. Payment at the hotel is cash only.
- The hotel does not accept travelers checks, but these can be exchanged (for pesos) close to the hotel.
- For group reservations of 4 or more cabanas a non-refundable deposit of 1 night per room is required (or 2 nights if the reservation is for 7 or more nights).
