dining
The Seven Seas restaurant at Cabo Surf is
one of our favorite choices for a casual but
romantic meal in this area. The restaurant is small
and intimate, with nearly all the tables having
great ocean views - some virtually overhanging the
beach.
Prices are very reasonable for this region;
restaurants in Los Cabos are notoriously expensive
and often variable in quality but the Seven Seas is
consistently good.
Even if you're not a guest at the hotel, it's worth the
trip here for a lunch of tasty fish tacos washed down by
a cool beer. You can come straight from the beach in the
daytime (with a cover-up over swimwear) and there's no
formal dress code for the evening either, though the
setting lends itself to more elegant attire for dinner.
Fish and seafood are the main attractions in the evening too, but there's also a good choice of meat and vegetarian dishes.
