The Careyes' restaurant La Lantana serves all meals in a delightful poolside setting. In the evening the outdoor tables may be bathed in a golden hue as the sun sets over the Pacific.

The new Cuisine of the Water Gods menus were created by renowned chef Patricia Quintana. They illustrate the best dishes from a tour of Mexico's coastlines and the menus change daily. A lighter menu is also available for lunch if you prefer.

Room service is available from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm and you can choose to dine in your room from the Cuisine of the Water Gods menu or select from a menu of favorites such as pizzas, pasta, burgers.

For special occasions, a table can be set close to the ocean to perfect a particularly romantic occasion, or to create a memorable family gathering.

A long cool drink and some welcome shade entice guests to the poolside bar during the daytime. In the evening it's the place to be for prime sunset viewing and gentle sea breezes.

The deli is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm each day and offers a good selection of cold meats, fresh fruit and vegetables and wines. We particularly liked the sandwiches; made fresh to order and big enough to satisfy the largest appetite.

Outside the deli is an area with stylish black and white iron tables and chairs, shaded by a wooden canopy and with views of the gardens. It's the perfect setting for enjoying an afternoon snack.
