The Careyes has a large air-conditioned gym. Full length windows along one wall provide plenty
of natural light and great views of the pool and ocean to enjoy while you work out.
There is an excellent selection of cardiovascular equipment, featuring a treadmill, Life Cycles and Stairmaster and a range of weight training equipment.
For those preferring outdoor exercise the resort has two tennis courts and a variety
of water activities are available.
The resort's spa is located next to the fitness room and offers a selection of treatments to relax and pamper, including massage, facials and manicures. The spa's facilites include both a sauna and steam room.
