Credit Cards Accepted at the Hotel
General
- Earliest check in time is 2:00 p.m.
- Latest check out time is 12 noon.
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. A shorter stay can be booked at a supplement of $75 USD per room per night, subject to availability.
- If a group books all the rooms at the hotel, then children may be accepted.
- Small pets may be accepted upon request (maximum one pet at the hotel at any one time).
- Christmas - minimum of 7 nights stay applies, with check out on December 27. New Year, minimum stay of 7 nights required, with check in on December 27.
- Guests wishing to stay over both Christmas and New Year must stay at least 14 nights, including December 25 and December 31.
Rates
- This hotel's rates are fixed in US Dollars, but credit cards will be charged in Mexican Pesos using a conversion rate that changes regularly in line with the banks' exchange rates.
Children
- This hotel does not accept children under 16
Deposit
- Group reservations (3 or more rooms) require a non-refundable deposit of 50% within 7 days of confirmation, and the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations outside peak season dates, a deposit of 1 night plus taxes will be charged on confirmation, and the balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.
Peak and Holidays (Mar 28 - Apr 11, 2010)
- A deposit of 50% will be charged on confirmation, and the balance will be charged 60 days prior to arrival. These deposits are non-refundable unless the room is re-sold.
Cancellations, No-Shows and Early Departures
