| Thanks so much for your help with my reservation: the accomodations were wonderful, and the staff was attentive to all our needs. The setting overlooking the park was beautiful, and the food and service were excellent.The warmth and friendiliness of everyone at Casa Sierra Nevada was appreciated. I Just wish we had spent more time reviewing the spanish language.

| Since Quinta Real has taken over at Hotel Sierra Nevada the service and facilities have fallen in quality drastically. The following comments: The rooms need new furniture, curtains, covers, TV etc. Maid service should include Soap. 1-10 in quality and service - 5 at best.
