| Casa Natalia: Walking into the glass doors is quite an experience. Once you're inside, you know you're in for a treat. The elegant, yet inviting décor....the ready-to-help-with-anything staff in white...impressive to say the least. Every step from there brought something else to be excited about. The intimate bar area, the incorporation of water and art into every part of the restaruant and pool area...all combined to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The welcome flower arrangements were also an elegant touch. We'll recommend Casa Natalia as a MUST for all our friends traveling to San Jose del Cabo.

| The staff at the Hotel were terrific - the food and service was very good - I was a bit troubled that the rate was raised to $335.00 from $305.00, but that rate did include a full breakfast. What did trouble me is that I brought back to the Hotel on Friday 4 bags of Yellow Fin tuna fillets, the four fish weighed between 40 and 50 pounds so the fillets had to be about 30 pounds at least--I "donated" the fish to the Hotel - however, neither owner said so much as "thanks." On reflection, I wish I would have given the bags of the fish to a staff person to distribute among themselves - with such a small Hotel one would think one of them could have at least said Hello. I don't think I would go back because of the indifference.
