| How much did we love Casa Oaxaca? What a gloriously personal place. Loved both of the Casa Oaxaca restaurants; each has a totally different vibe. It should be noted that if you eat at the hotel as a guest you do not need to order the full 4 or 6 course tasting menu; you can order a la carte. Also not clear was that they are happy to serve light meals like quesadillas on demand, or for lunch - that was not made clear on check in. The margaritas were marvelous. Actually spent quite a bit of time with the owners, who were very hands-on. It was the 8th anniversay of the hotel and we were invited (as were all guests) to a party in the courtyard. The private yoga class (me) and massage (my husband) were, I thought, up to world-class standards, at $35! S. Wallace-Albert,

| I loved Casa Oaxaca. The place is beautiful, the rooms pretty and very clean, the grounds lovely. The reception staff was exceptional - warm, friendly, and so very helpful in every possible way. If I had one quibble, it would be the service at breakfast, which was very slow and scattershot. We often had to ask several times for a particular item we had ordered, and it was just slow and unpredictable - not good if you're trying to get out early. It was very good when we had ordered the night before (thoughtfully suggested by Alejandro), when we were going on an excursion. Otherwise, I loved Casa Oaxaca and would recommend it without hesitation.

| Casa Oaxaca was outstanding. The setting was as sublime as the food. I highly recommend splurging and staying in room 6, the two level suite. I've stayed in beautiful hotels all over the world and would rate this hotel at the top. If you can live without the amenities of bigger hotels (24 hour room service, for example), this hotel is a must visit.
