Every wedding is special, and every couple is unique. This is why at Ceiba del Mar
Hotel and Spa, the staff choose to personalize your wedding experience and do not automatically propose a pre-set wedding package.
They prefer to propose to you a list of services such as accommodations, food and beverages sevices, flowers, tiki torches, candles, photography, videography, judge or minister, music and much more.
You choose the services you need from that list - you will therefore only pay for the services you choose.
All types of events from intimate weddings for up to 10 people to elaborate events including rehearsal dinners,
religious ceremonies and banquets for 100 people are more can all be handled professionally here.

| Legal (civil) wedding requirements | For a civil wedding, one set of copies plus originals of the following documents are required:
Birth certificates Passports Tourist cards (you will receive these during your incoming flight) One additional form of picture identification (usually driving licence) Four witnesses with copied and original passports and a copy of their tourist cards plus another form of photo ID (witnesses can be provided) Blood test results, specifically for blood type, H.I.V. an S.T.D. These tests and the required medical certification are taken care of at the hotel with results in 24 hours. If either party has been married before, the prosper dissolution documents, dated at least one year prior to you date, must be provided. If by divorce, a certified copy or the divorce decree(s). If by death, a certified copy of the death certificate(s). Legal documentation of adoption or name change, if applicable Completed and signed “Application for civil Marriage” |
