| We were in our own private heaven at Coqui Coqui!!!! The Beach Terrace Suite is expensive, but we loved it and I would say that it was worth the "splurge". All of the other rooms there are hip and stylish, but they definitely pale in comparison the that suite! They also did an excellent job of constructing a tent and flowing white panels of fabric to shade us while on the terrace! I was able to sit up there and relax all day long without worrying about the sun - an extreme pleasure for me! We really enjoyed all four of the properties. Another great trip courtesy of Different World! Thanks again for all of your help in putting it together!

| We enjoyed our stay at Coqui very much. It was always wonderful to come back to the hotel after an adventure. Room-5, Service-4, Food-5 ( unusual fresh healthful meals that were a deal considering they were buffets all you can eat style). Quality of Facilities-3 (for a hotel of this quality we should have a way to re-charge our camera, IPOD etc. in the room. The room DESPERATELY needed a light over the bed so my girlfriend and I could read at night. That is one of the treats of being on vacation is too read a good book in bed. There should also be an internet or wifi on site. I had to go back to my less expensive hotel that we stayed at two days before and use their internet. It is imperative that business owners like myself should have connection to the internet. I should NOT have to drive to town or to my less expensive hotels to use the internet when Im am paying one of the highest rates in Tulum where I have stayed several times at other hotels). Value-3.5 When considering that there was no internet, no bedside lamp, and not a single outlet in the room the value was low. The ecological aspect of the hotel is very important to us and that is why we stay in Tulum but this is no excuse for no internet, and not a single outlet or bedside lamp at this price. These are basics in upscale hotels (even ecologically concerned companies.) Otherwise, Julietta, Connie and Sylvia were very friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The two person cast cement bath was amazing! Each night 5 carefully placed candles were pre-lit for us by the staff so that the room was awash in cozy candle light each night. The complimentary proprietary shampoos and bath oils were a fancy classy touch. I would love to go back and would recommend the hotel to others although I might weight the conveniences of other hotels with the price. J. Karkula, United States
