| We had a great trip and the hotel was excellent! Eco Paraiso Xixim was great. Excellent food, the staff was great, the early morning flamingo and the evening crocodile trips with Alex Dzib were outstanding. The manager was very personable. The woman at check-in and check-out was rather cool and unfriendly, maybe because we are from the USA. My recommendation is that the Manager, who's name escapes me, try to greet the guests at check-in and check-out and that he visit the dining room in the evening to speak with the guests. He has a great attitude and is very positive.
