Sobores is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is located close to the main pool. It isn't as romantic or intimate as Mio or Kiyoko but has a nice relaxed atmosphere and is spacious and airy.

As well as tables in the air-conditioned restaurant, you can also choose one of the tables by the side of the swimming pool. This is the best place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. At all meals you have the choice of ordering from the menu, the sumptuous buffet or, as many people do, a little from each!

The breakfast menu includes traditional Mexican egg dishes, hot cakes and tropical fruits. For lunch there is a wonderful salad buffet and menu options such as flank steak quesadillas with Oaxaca cheese and corinander touch, caesar salad or hamburgers and hotdogs.
