The main restaurant at Esperanza is called simply The Restaurant and has an idyllic location on a bluff overlooking the sea.

There are other options for dining here too, including a tapas restaurant and an open air terrace by the lobby that's perfect for lunch. It's also possible to enjoy a light snack by the pool at the Palapa Bar.

Most Thursdays the resort celebrates Mexicanisimo - an Oceanside evening of Mexican music, food, drinks and handicrafts under the stars. And on Wednesdays there is Carnavalisimo - a barefoot barbecue with fresh seafood and marinated meats served by the bonfire.
