Overnight accommodations included as part of your Expreso Maya journey are five-star properties, or the best available in town. An upgraded tour is also available that includes the intimate and luxurious Haciendas Xcanatun, Uayamon and Puerta Campeche and the sumptuous Paraiso de la Bonita on the Riviera Maya. We can also arrange trip extensions or suggest longer itineraries as requested.

Palenque - Hotel Chan-Kah Ruinas, Mision or Cuidad Real

The Chan-Kah Ruinas is our favorite of the accommodations in Palenque and is closest to the ruins. It has a swimming pool, and the accommodations are individual casitas set in lush jungle gardens.

Campeche - Hotel del Mar

The Hotel del Mar is located on the seafront in Campeche, within walking distance of the plazas and parks of this historic city.

Villahermosa - Hyatt or Camino Real

The Hyatt is within walking distance of la Venta park, whereas the Camino Real is closer to the Tabasco 2000 complex, with direct access to the large mall. Both hotels are large, high-rise properties with excellent facilities including large swimming pools.

 Merida - Hyatt or Villa Mercedes or Holiday Inn

The Hyatt and Villa Mercedes are located on the impressive Paseo de Montejo (Merida's equivalent to the Champs Elysees). The Villa Mercedes is a smaller and more intimate property with excellent service. All properties feature cafeteria, swimming pool, room with telephone, private bath, air-conditioning and TV with cable or satellite (except the Chan Kah in Palenque which does not have TV). Handicapped facilities are limited.
