| Thanks again for all your arrangements - they were really very helpful. The Four Season Punta Mita was ok, nevertheless too expensive. Compared to a real 5/6 star hotel service the Four Seasons couldn't really follow up (eg: we had to phone once to the reception because the room wasn't done during the day and this was almost at 16.00h in the afternoon, service and food in both restaurants are definitely mediocre, etc.). Otherwise for relaxation, golf and especially for kids its definitely just the perfect environment. Thanks again for your help in planning our trip. Hope to get in touch at one of our next trips. A. | As always, we would give Four Seasons Punta Mita a 5 on all ratings. This continues to be the best hotel we have EVER stayed in. Of course, it’s not a "bargain", but the service and attention to detail is unbelievable. They remember us by name every year, are helpful but not hovering, and never stuffy. The food at the Bahia is outstanding. We have already made plans to return for our fifth year next April!
