| SUPERLATIVE for every aspect including our personal attention. All one can say is the love and passion for authentic Mexican architectural grandeur is something one can only admire and give deepest of respect for such Herculean efforts. The only criticism we can make is the unimaginative continental cuisine. The only suggestion we would dare make would be to establish a gourmet Mexican menu as their main menu and hire the best Mexican chef available to the area. In conclusion we would say that the Hacienda and the town of Alamos is a must-see for those who love colonial Mexico.

| We had two wonderful dinners at the Hacienda, both with live music which we loved. The second dinner was Thanksgiving and geared for the mostly American guests, truly memorable. The owners and their daughter are extremely gracious to everyone. The town is a treasure for anyone interested in Spanish Colonial history. The drive from Tucson, Arizona took us 10 and a half hours, that part I could have done without. I took many pictures as reference for my oil and watercolor paintings. I'm glad I had the experience. Thank you.
