| Lovely. Pools beautiful. Campeche old town charming. Room pretty. Staff very nice. Problems: Lack of hot water in shower and scratchy sheets, hard pillows. We would stay there again if we return to Campeche, and hopefully they will have gotten better linens and pillows! We were there for less than 24 hours, so I can't say much more. L. | The resaurant service in both places was slow even for Mexico. At Campeche, it took 1.5 hours for breakfast on our lastdespite only two other tables being served. I initially felt sorry for the staff on the first few days since business seemed slow. However, after the third day, I understood. Still, I would stay there again. M. Roman, United States
