The delightful restaurant overlooks the
hacienda's gardens and serves a mix of traditional Campechean dishes along international cuisine.
Many of the ingredients used are organic and come from the gardens of the other haciendas in the group. Seafood is a particular specialty; it's caught daily by local fishermen in Campeche.
There's an indoor section which is air-conditioned, but
we prefer the outdoor tables which are arranged
underneath the hacienda's ancient stone arches.
For special occasions the hacienda can arrange a candle-lit table anywhere in the grounds - perfect for us romantic types!
