The rooms are arranged around a central courtyard in the original buildings of the hacienda. Most of the rooms are located under colonnades with shady terraces. Comfortable chairs and tables can be found sheltered under the cloisters; a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet. The remaining rooms are located in a two-story building that overlooks the gardens and swimming pool. The Presidential Suite is located above the swimming pool.

The impressive guest rooms have 18-foot ceilings, exposed beams, ornately tiled floors and 10-foot, heavy wooden doors. Yet in spite of their period features they have many modern amenities which include air-conditioning, satellite TV and high speed Internet connection. All of the rooms have hammocks, so that guests can sleep Mayan style.
