The Hacienda's restaurant serves exquisite local and
international dishes in suitably grand surroundings.
Guests can dine in some of the most lavish of the
original reception rooms, with antique furniture and
traditional decor, or outside on the long terrace. Room
service is also available for all meals.
We recommend that you try some of the deservedly popular
local dishes, such as pollo pibil or poc chuc. Made to
time-honored recipes, they are full of taste but rarely
very spicy, and include the traditional flavorings of
achiote, bitter orange and cilantro. When served in such
atmospheric surroundings, you are guaranteed a memorable
experience.
