These little houses offer the perfect combination of historic charm and modern convenience. The spacious bedroom is naturally cool due to the shuttered windows and high ceilings, but remote controlled air-conditioning and ceiling fans have also been installed. A hammock is provided for those who prefer to sleep in the traditional Mayan way and every room is equipped with a satellite TV and a minibar.

Each Colonial Villa features a spacious bathroom that also serves as a dressing room. Shuttered doors provide easy access to the private gardens, and the same jungle views can be enjoyed from the large deep tub. These bathrooms also include a large walk-in shower and a double vanity unit.

Nine of the ten Colonial Villas feature a comfortable daybed that's perfect for shady afternoon siestas or relaxing with a good book. The remaining Colonial Villa (#3) has a very private terrace located next to an impressive cave!
