Uayamon's ten Colonial Villas are individual houses on a tree lined road, originally built for the elite of the hacienda staff in the 19th century. Each Colonial Villa has a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with writing desk and satellite TV, a large bathroom and a terrace overlooking the jungle gardens. High beamed ceilings and mahogany furniture echo the opulence of the hacienda's apogee.

Colonial Villas 5 and 6 are adjoining and share a pretty gated entrance. These two villas would be ideal for a family group (Colonial Villa 5 has two double beds and Colonial Villa 6 has a king bed). Room 6 also has one of the most private gardens, along with room 4 (king bed) and rooms 1 to 3 (twin beds).

Nine of the ten Colonial Villas feature a comfortable outdoor daybed in an Asian style gazebo; the other (room #3) has a terrace adjoining a small cave!

The two suites are housed in a former hospital and are slightly larger accommodations featuring extra amenities such as a CD player. Their gardens are particularly romantic, each with a stone plunge pool and daybed, and are fairly private.
