| We very much enjoyed our stay. I must admit that I was quite suprised that our room was not furnished with at least some complementary water. Asking guests to pay $28 for a liter of water is way out of line. We stayed in no other hotel in Mexico that did not provide at least one liter of water. Hope you will take thins under advisement, to make a nice hotel experience even better.

| I was very disapointed by this hotel as it is not as described on your website. It's really a hotel for groups, the restaurant is very bad (meals for tour groups) and expensive, service is not friendly, not all rooms have air conditioning. It doesn't deserve to be referenced as a "different hotel". Thank you again for your help, your efficiency and your kindness.
