The fare from the airport is around 40 USD. A taxi back to the airport will cost approximately US$25.
A taxi to central Merida is approximately US$15.

Transfers from Cancun airport can be arranged for around US$300 each way for 1 -3 people (in a car). The journey takes about 4 hours.

from Cancun

From Cancun or Playa del Carmen, take the Highway 180 to Merida, once you get off the highway when you hit the first streetlight take a right and follow this road (this is the Perifico or main ring road). Follow this until you get to the Progreso exit, take a right and carry on until you see a sign for Xcanatun next to a pedestrian overpass. Turn right, and the hotel property is less than 400 metres along the road.

from Merida airport

From Merida airport, simply take the Perifico towards Progreso and follow the same directions as above from that point.
