Credit Cards Accepted at the Hotel
General
- Earliest check in time is 3:00p.m. If rooms are available the hotel will gladly register you earlier. The latest check-in time is 10:00p.m.
- Latest check out time is 12:00 noon.
- Menus are fixed and change on a daily basis. Please advise if you have any special dietary requirements.
- Children are accepted at all times but on request only. Please ensure that you specify the ages of any children traveling with you when you request a reservation.
- Flight itineraries must be advised at least 10 days prior to arrival in order for transfers to be arranged. Note that transfers are subject to weather conditions.
- A mandatory supplement of 130 USD per person plus taxes applies for the gala dinner on December 24.
- A mandatory supplement of 180 USD per person plus taxes applies for the gala dinner on December 31.
Rates
- This hotel's rates are fixed in US Dollars, but credit cards will be charged in Mexican Pesos using a fixed conversion rate.
