We can accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards online to guarantee a
booking here, but you will not
be able to use the card to settle your account at the hotel.
General
- Earliest check in time is 3:00PM
- Latest check out time is 0 or fewer days
- Maximum occupancy is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child
- There are no refunds issued due to bad weather or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane's direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike.
- There will be a 50 USD charge for any changes made to a reservation once confirmed. No charges will be made for extending a reservation.
- No refunds for flight cancellations, due to any circumstances
- No pets (except guide dogs) accepted
Children
- Children under 3 accepted
Deposit
- 50% deposit required on confirmation.
- Payment at the hotel can be made in cash (US Dollars or Mexican Pesos) and by credit card. Please note that a 3% service fee will apply if you pay by credit card. Travelers' checks are not accepted.
Cancellations, No-Shows and Early Departures
