| Everything was perfect at the Las Brisas. We arrived one day earlier (and stayed one more night) but everything was handled correctly. There had been a small mistake in reservation, since they had assigned us casita 428 instead of 423 (required). This was corrected immediately. We had a wonderful stay. I must say that I was a little worried, cause my last stay there dated back to 2000, and I was thinking that they might be going down, especially since they are not run by Westin anymore. I was wrong : the hotel rooms and swimming pools are clean, service is always friendly, and the view is the same ! There were many guests, especially Americans, which is a good sign. I will be going back for sure, and keep recommending the place. I believe that the value is excellent for the price paid. I have been to more luxurious places since my first stay at Las Brisas, but have hardly found a more charming place, and not at that price ! L. Toxe, Paris, France

| They brought us some sort of fruit/cheese and who knows what along with a small bottle of wine - that was very nice and appreciated but we never ate a bite because not sure what it was, so they could have saved some money if they paid attention to fact those plates never touched - we did drink ALL the wine. So all this no big deal, we just point it out. ALSO HOW DO YOU GET THE LITTLE SIGN OUTSIDE YOUR CASITA THAT HAS YOUR NAME PAINTED, ONE OF THE WORKERS SAID WE COULD HAVE ONE NEXT TIME IF WE ASK AHEAD OF TIME. WE WILL LOOK SERIOUSLY AT ANOTHER STAY THERE NEXT YEAR AND EACH YEAR THEREAFTER AS LONG AS SERVICE STAYS SO GOOD. They treat guests like royalty. Nice weather, food, view.
