| My stay at las mananitas was really beautiful. There were some things I enjoyed -- the food, terrace, amazingly beautiful grounds, the front desk helpfulness + amiability, and general staff fluency in english. But there were other things that stood out a bit as not as special. In the bathroom, there was quite a thick layer of soap scum on the window, and the tiles didn't look so clean. Also, the service in the restaurant seemed haphazard as if they were training some new people-- I watched a man spill a whole container of cream on a man's lap. Also, there is considerable vehicle noise off the street that trickles over the wall to the secondary garden area where the pool is. All the room service and drinks service in the lounge areas was excellent though, and all in all I enjoyed my stay very much. Thanks for asking.

| Las Mananitas is the most beautiful place in Cuernavaca and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! the building and gardens are a complete work of art. We were treated to perfect service, delicious food, and waited on hand and foot by the warm friendly staff who work together like an elegant Swiss watch. . The gardens are especially superb and the heated swimming pool is the most relaxing and beautiful place in Mexico! I took many photos while staying at your dream palace and I only wish I never had to leave.

| Thanks for the inquiry. We loved the trip, and certainly enjyoed Las Mananitas. The facilities, etc., were spectacular, as was the restaurant food. Our only criticism is that the front desk staff really seemed pretty indifferent bordering on unfriendly. This was especially striking as our experiences at other hotels, and even with the other staff at Las Mananitas demonstrated a naturally friendly, forthcoming culture. Perhaps they're trying to be "official", thinking that translates as upscale??
