The main restaurant at Las Ventanas is called simply The Restaurant and offers wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez. The Restaurant offers a fusion of Baja Californian and Mediterranean cuisine, with sublimely fresh seafood featuring prominently on the menu.

Be sure to take a peek at La Cava, the resort's vintage wine cellar which doubles as an exquisite small dining room for private events.

For a very special occasion, reserve the "Table for Two on the Sand". Just one table is set up directly on the beach each evening, with the lucky guests enjoying a romantic candlelit dinner right by the ocean.

The Sea Grill serves contemporary Mexican cuisine just steps from the beach. For the ultimate in refreshing lunches, guests can also dine from the Sea Grill menu at the swim up bar or the stools and tables in the pool itself. Enticing dishes include Bluefin Tuna Tacos with citrus quinoa salad, Baja Lobster cocktail with cilantro, lime, avocado and purple radish, or Duck Confit Quesadilla with mango, serrano chile and manchego cheese.

The Sea Grill is open for lunch and dinner daily. We also recommend the Tequila and Ceviche bar for a light lunch or snack. The ceviche menu changes regularly to take advantage of the freshest seafood available and these can be washed down with a selection of the finest tequilas in Mexico.
