The hotel is located on a lovely stretch of quiet beach. There are no large hotels close by so no crowds and no long lines of sunbeds. The sand is soft and white and the water an amazing crystal clear turquoise. There are a few small rocks here and there along the beach. Le Reve provdes sunbeds and palapa shades for its guests.

The beach is great for a gentle stroll and if you are feeling particularly energetic Playa del Carmen is just sixty minutes walk away. There are some larger hotels about ten minutes down the beach and here you can rental kayaks, windsurfers and Hobie Cats.
