Most of the twenty five guest rooms are arranged through the hotel's main building which has just three floors and faces towards the ocean. The five Beach Bungalows are single story and located right on the edge of the beach. Each room has a furnished terrace or balcony and most have some view of the ocean.

The rooms are very similar in style and decor and have either a king or a queen size bed. All feature air-conditioning, mini-bar, hairdryer and telephone. There are no televisions, dvds or music. The emphasis is on escaping back to nature to a more relaxed way of life. Although a simpler life is promoted, the sense of luxury is always present, reflected in premium quality bed lines, towels, etc.

The interiors are simple but very stylish. The decor and furnishings are pre-dominantely white but each room has a themed color of either green or orange which adds a striking contrast. Each room also features one tiled wall. The tiles are traditional Mexican floor tiles manufactured in Merida. In the bathrooms the theme color is evident in the accessories, such as the tissue holder, soap dish and beach bag.

The bathrooms have a large walk in shower and a well-lit double vanity.
