- This hotel's rates are fixed in US Dollars, but credit cards will be charged in Mexican Pesos using a conversion rate that changes regularly in line with the banks' exchange rates.

Deposit
- No deposit is required, except for reservations for Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving and Easter when a 50% deposit is required on confirmation.
- The hotel offers a discount of 7% if you settle your account with cash or traveler's checks (available with the romance package but not with any other promotion).
