Our favorite rooms at the Hotel Majestic overlook the Zocalo and have excellent views of the square, Cathedral and National Palace. We also recommend them for their grandstand view of the changing of the National Guard ceremony, when a garrison of soldiers raise the huge national flag in the center of the Zocalo.

For those who value their sleep, slightly quieter rooms overlook Calle Madero and the quietest of all face the internal patio.
