General
- Earliest check in time is 2:00 p.m. If rooms are available the hotel will gladly register you earlier.
- Latest check out time is 12 noon.
- All rooms at this hotel are non-smoking

- Two children under 11 years can share a room free of charge (breakfast not included). Alternatively, two children can pay the rate for 1 extra adult and have breakfast included.

- Full prepayment required.
- Where advance payments are required, only VISA or Mastercard are accepted. American Express cards are accepted only for payments made at the hotel.
- If your reservation includes a free night under the "4th night free" offer, payment must be made at the hotel ON ARRIVAL.

- Full prepayment required for Christmas/New Year and 50% deposit required for Easter.
