There is an excellent fitness room which is located close to Kinan Spa. It offers a good range of both cardio-vascular and weight equipment. These include cross-trainers, cycles and treadmills, as well as weight machines and free weights. There are large windows facing the pool and ocean, as well as plasma TV to keep you entertained during your work out.

There are two tennis courts available for guests to use. Equipment is available and a tennis pro available on request.
