- Minimum stay requirement for Christmas/New Year 2008-9: Reservations can be made for a 5 or 11 night stay beginning December 21, or an 8 night stay beginning December 26.
- From May 1 to December 22, young adults aged 12 and over are accepted at Maroma
- No pets (except guide dogs) accepted
Rates
- This hotel's rates are fixed in US Dollars, but credit cards will be charged in Mexican Pesos using a conversion rate that changes regularly in line with the banks' exchange rates.

Deposit
- A deposit of 2 nights is required on confirmation except for Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving reservations which require a deposit of 50%. A deposit of 50% is required for packages.
