Minimum Stay
- No check-in or check-out allowed Dec 28, 2010 - Jan 3, 2011 inclusive.
- Minimum stay of 8 nights required Dec 27, 2010 - Jan 3, 2011 inclusive.
- No check-in or check-out allowed Dec 23 - Dec 26, 2010 inclusive.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights required Dec 22 - Dec 27, 2010 inclusive.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights required Nov 25 - Nov 27, 2010 inclusive.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights required Jul 1 - Jul 3, 2010 inclusive.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights required May 27 - May 29, 2010 inclusive.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights required Apr 1 - Apr 3, 2010 inclusive.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights required Jan 4 - May 31, 2010 inclusive.
General
- Earliest check in time is 3:00 pm
- Latest check out time is 12:00 noon.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 people per room (except in the 1-Bedroom and Master Suites which can accommodate a extra bed for a third person at a charge of 100 USD per night).
- Minimum stay requirement for Christmas/New Year 2008-9: Reservations can be made for a 5 or 11 night stay beginning December 21, or an 8 night stay beginning December 26.
- From May 1 to December 22, young adults aged 12 and over are accepted at Maroma
- No pets (except guide dogs) accepted
Rates
- This hotel's rates are fixed in US Dollars, but credit cards will be charged in Mexican Pesos using a conversion rate that changes regularly in line with the banks' exchange rates.
Children
- This hotel does not accept children under 16
Deposit
- A deposit of 2 nights is required on confirmation except for Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving reservations which require a deposit of 50%. A deposit of 50% is required for packages.
Christmas 2010 (Dec 22, 2010 - Jan 4, 2011)
- 50% deposit plus tax and service required on confirmation. 3 nights are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 100% plus tax and service is due by September 1st 2010.
