Kinan is the Mayan word for 'energy of the sun' and is often used in reference to the individual inner energy. This luxurious spa offers many treatments which are based on ancient Mayan healing. All of the products used are 100% natural and grow in the jungle surrounding Maroma.

The spa has been built out of local materials and features treatment rooms with private gardens, open-air massage palapas and a rooftop yoga pavilion. Cream stucco walls, hand-hewn beams and mahogany furniture add elegance and style.

There are two areas with wet/dry saunas and cold plunge, Temazcal, male and female relaxation rooms, Janzu garden pool and a spa boutique.
