Booking Policies
Credit Cards Accepted at the Hotel NONE
We can accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards online to guarantee a
booking here, but you will not
be able to use the card to settle your account at the hotel.
General
- Earliest check in time is 2:00pm. If rooms are available the hotel will gladly register you earlier.
- Latest check out time is 11:00am.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 people per room.
- Note that a surcharge of 5% applies to payments by credit card at the hotel.
- If cancellations are notified more than 30 days before your arrival date then the deposit may be applied to new reservation dates if the new dates fall within one year of the cancellation date.
- Your room will not be held after 4:00PM on the day of arrival (unless a later check-in time has been previously notified).
Rates
- This hotel's rates are fixed in US Dollars, but credit cards will be charged in Mexican Pesos using a conversion rate that changes regularly in line with the banks' exchange rates.
Children
- This hotel does not accept children under 16
Deposit
- A deposit of 50% is due on booking. Any remaining balance on your account must be paid for at the hotel.
- The preferred payment method for deposits is Paypal. The deposit must be received within two days of receiving a confirmation or the reservation is cancelled.
- The hotel has recently installed a credit card facility (Visa and Mastercard) but it is wireless and not 100% dependable, so please make credit card payments on arrival if the system is available.
- If you would prefer not to use PayPal, Different World can charge the deposit to any major credit card. There is an additional charge of 3% for this service.
