General
- Earliest check in time is 1:00PM
- Latest check out time is 12:00 noon
- Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 3 adults and 1 child aged 10 and under
- One child under 10 can share the room free of charge. The extra person charge applies for a second child sharing the room.
- No pets (except guide dogs) accepted

- Children under 11 accepted
Deposit
- A deposit of 15% is due on booking. Any remaining balance on your account must be paid for at the hotel.
- Deposits must be paid by credit card at the time of booking. Any remaining balance should be paid directly to the hotel in cash or traveler's checks upon check out.
Xmas (Dec 20, 2009 - Jan 6, 2010; Dec 20, 2010 - Jan 11, 2011)
- A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required on confirmation for all reservations over the holidays.
