the guest rooms
The hotel has just nine rooms that are arranged in pretty tropical gardens. The rooms are divided into two categories: Front and Garden View Rooms, although because of the layout of the the resort none of the rooms have good ocean views. The restaurant and bar are beachfront and the rooms are arranged in low-rise buildings behind that. The hotel has quite a striking design with its dark wooden exteriors and terraces with their bright red curtains.
The interiors have quite a traditional feel. Upper floor rooms have a palapa roof. All beds have mosquito netting and the rooms have wooden or stone floors and ceiling fans.
There are electrical outlets in the rooms for low-voltage items and elctrical lighting. There is only electricity until 1.00 am and the ceiling fans also only operate until 1.00 am.
Rooms have either two double beds or a double and a single, and can sleep up to a maximum of four adults. There is also one Front Room that would make an ideal choice for a couple. It's located in a single story house and is slightly smaller than the other rooms and so has just one doublebed.
All the bedrooms have a large vanity area with wash basin, mirror and good lighting. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Purified water and plenty of towels are provided.
